Not trying to be a d*ck BUT, Sounds like my drunken gambling. Wake up,empty wallet(if I had one) and It was the bartenders fault for feeding me drinks...DUI...Bartenders fault...Insert life's drama...Bartenders fault. You made the choice to drink, to do blow and purchase "escorts". Eat the loss and learn from it.

Really guys thanks so much for your input on this. It's so hard to get perspective on it alone. As everyone has noted, the important thing is for me to try to think about what recovery and sobriety means for me at this point. I've got a feeling that the stress levels will rise if I get the police involved and the risk of another relapse may increase.
Sounds like you were taken advantage of. I don't think the cops would do anything since I assume you still have your card? If it was stolen and never returned it would be a criminal matter, cops might investigate. This sounds more of a civil matter which would be taken care of in court.
Maybe contact your bank and tell them those were fraudulent charges made, see what they say.
