Hi all. I was just wondering if any one else experiences all over increased body/skin temperature after drinking probably too much. I mean is it just me ??

Nope. I used to wake up drenched in sweat & burning up...only after drinking.
I think it is your body attempting to burn the alcohol out in any way it can. Desperately.

I think it is a sign, like so many body signs, that the body is screaming for relief.

The body is a valiant warrior. But why should it have to work that hard just to survive?

might try sitting in a tepid bath with your head wrapped in a towel. If you can do it for 5 min you'll likely get some relief. Best to you
