6 AM and having an anxiety attack.. Just Breathe!
I signed myself up for a "public opinion" thing today. Which means I have to leave my house, not that I'm scared of that. Things just haven't been going good lately.. I'm just stressing over nothing!

One step at a time. Mornings shouldn't be so tough but they are the worst. At least you didn't wake up, go out in the garage and look to see what booze you left out so your spouse wouldn't find it..... And, drank a half glass of something because you don't want it to go to waste. I say this only to hope to make you feel better. Take one step at a time today and you will get through it!

mornings ARE THE WORST, HANDS DOWN. I wake between 3:30 and 4:00am, with only 4 or so hours sleep under my belt. All I know to do is listen to meditation/sleep videos on YouTube and hope I can go back to sleep. I think I just want you to know that this can be par for the course...certainly early on, and even later, as things suppressed or anesthetized "arise". I know now that my brain is primed for worry and anxiety in this timeframe, and there is no reasoning with it. I just wait. Sometimes I get back to sleep, sometimes I don't. See your doctor if you feel you are becoming unbearably tired.
