I am really glad your scooter is even better than before. For some reason I am having an image of you leading a parade riding on there, and waving to the crowd.

Thanks for posting, Dee - always great to hear you check in with a personal update. For what it's worth, I've had a few depressing/overwhelming situations too for the past few weeks....and my thoughts also never turned to drinking! That, in itself, is a win. Glad you are back on the saddle.

I've been thinking about getting a wide-brimmed sun hat too! My first couple years here in Guatemala, I avoided getting anything that would make me look "too touristy", but I'm beginning to realize there are some stylish options out there. Thanks for sharing, and stay well buddy!
