Well I don't honestly know how it's gotten this far, but I am extremely grateful. I still have my rounds in the the ring with anxiety, but if I were still in my drinking spiral, I don't know how I would have been able to go on. It was such a dark time for so long.

To those struggling with day 1's, do not get discouraged. I can promise you it will be worth the struggle, it really does get easier. Problems in life remain, but they are so bearable with a sober, and hungover-less mind.

Day by day, not even sure how many I am at now. In March I have promised myself that I would get in my jeep and drive to Banff, a life long dream of mine. 2 months to go!!!
