As I lay me down to sleep

Well I'm bedded down and this means in the morning I get to mark another day off my callander...I felt better today.day 11....didnt think about drinking as much..was able to concentrate and get some homework done..cleaned some on house..and read 1st chapter of alcoholics anonymous... hope everyone is doing well!

Yaaaaa! I loved getting in bed and reading the big book. I read it front to back and it just changed my perspective on alcoholism and I really came to terms with that I was one while reading It. Keep going please!
