I'm so glad it helped Matt! I don't think he realises how much it has motivated me - I'll have to make sure to tell him later. I'm sure lots of good things will happen this year, but they will all just be bonuses on top of finally quitting alcohol.

Wow, what a great husband. Sounds like he is with you on this journey, not just directing you (like my ex was). And he is so right. This might be the biggest accomplishment of your life, not just your year.
