Equal consideration merely means that if you've applied for course X or Y by the deadline...you are being considered along with all the other applicants. Nothing sinister about it, no need to read any more into it. Course numbers can only hold so many students.

Your high school stuff is no doubt cancelled out by your having already completed some university (higher ed) courses. If you've submitted your university transcript as part of your application, you've done your part.

Then you do Saturday's exam. Sure you'll wing that in. A bit of algebra and some English language? Pff. You'll do fine.
