2016 wasn't a brilliant year. I had three years sobriety under my belt but succumbed to temptation - 'just one evening'. As 2016 progressed I was drinking more regularly again and more each time.
I need to get back on that sobriety wagon and learn my lesson properly this time - no more thinking I can just have the odd evening drinking.
So it's those tough, and slightly miserable, early days again for me. I appreciate finding this site and the support it offers,
