Headache pills !
 

It's day 9 and I woke up with a pounding headache ... I took two headache pills and about fifteen minutes later I felt a lot better. I haven't used headache pills in many years because the warnings on alcohol use and pills filled me with anxiety (can't drink three or more drinks per day and take the medicine ...) So I would get smashed and hungover every day but never use pills because I didn't want to screw up my liver (alcoholic thinking right!?).

Awesome to be sober and enjoy little things like being able to take medicine and not worry about it.

Happy New Years everyone, 2017 is going to be much better than 2016!

Yeah, all the normal things we get to do these days. On any medical forms I really enjoy writing 'zero' on the 'weekly alcohol consumption ' question. Small things, big significance .

The headaches are normal i have them almost every day since quiting 58 days ago. Hang in there i still feel better than hungover and drinking every day.
