Yes i totally remember this from a 2 week dry spell earlier this year, it was crazy! I had however stopped smoking too so maybe it was that.. But the sugar cravings were ridiculous...

i drank everyday and had very few symptoms of physical withdrawal other then fierce insomnia. The mental part of it was bad, real bad. I had to re-learn daily sober life.

I ate a packet of Tim Tams, a bag of chocolate chip cookies, a bag of jelly snakes, a bag of jelly babies and Lindt chocolate, plus ice cream in 2 nights, and I'm not fond of either. It's settling, thank goodness.

I was a 20-50 a day beer drinker for about a year. Damn near died from withdrawl. Got a relative that drank a case of beer and a bottle of whiskey a day for the better part of 20years and one day stopped and no withdrawl. It makes no sense.
