Suzy, you came to the right place! People have all kinds of ways to reach the goal of sobriety. I like the tools of SMART and the essays and strategies here. Whatever works, keep posting and stay the course today. When I came on last July I was afraid to admit I didn't want to try AA, but I loved some of the AA materials and my plan for my recovery has parts of so many things I've lost track of where I got the ideas from. I know it's working, haven't had a sip since July.
