Bought beer haven't opened it

Left work and went into a store and bought beer .. got it home but instead of wanting to drink it I'm thinking about the dehydration it will cause me and the upset stomach .. plus I watched that 10 part documentary (Rain in my Heart) yesterday that is mentioned on another thread here.

Just wish I had come to the realization I didn't actually want the beer before I spent the $8..

Give it away or pour it out. No more or less of a waste of $8 than drinking it would be, it's just gonna end up in the potty in the end.

Please get rid of the beer! Throwing away $8 is nothing compared to throwing away your sanity!

I have lots of wine in my house, always have. I just don't drink it. It reminds me that the choice is always mine. I am choosing not to drink because it killed my friend and was working on killing my liver. No beer can taste good enough to risk your life. Just saying............

Okay, let's change it a little...

"I bought a pet cobra but I haven't taken it out of the basket to play with it yet."

For us, it's pretty much the same thing.

Dump the beer!!!

How about "I'm standing in front of a hornet's nest but I haven't stuck my hand in it yet."

Don't drink that. Dump it out NOW. It's poison.

Get rid of the beer, Volshen. It has NOTHING of any good to offer you. Pour every last drop down the drain and tell it "good riddance".

Before any alcohol was bought the decision was already made to drink. I have on occasion poured it down the drain but if you are still buying alcohol and taking it home you will drink it at some point..

Put a bow on it and leave it in a park.

that's quite a hike to dump trash!!!

i was going to suggest to shake the containers up so the insides are all fizzy and useless and then toss them all. i really REALLY hope you post soon!!!

I'm back.

I threw it in the dumpster and went to visit my girlfriend on her lunch break.

Waste of $8 but if I had drank it I would be missing $8 dollars and be sick ..
