I was able to convince the facility here that I only needs access to my phone 📱 one a day for e-mail and texts.

I am sharing a room with a guy came in last totally messed up who knows what! Snores like an elephant with a cold

Things are going pretty well. I started getting really jittery and nauseas, so out came the meds. Phenobarbital and Ativan. Trazadone to sleep. But them waking me up every two hours for vitals kind of sucked. They will taper the pheno- was prophylaxis for seizures. Ativan for tremors and anxiety. I'll taper.

So Day ONE is in the books and Day 2 is about to Fall!!!

You are doing great! I'd also ask for ear plugs! Its annoying when the come to check your vitals (i've been there), but its very important. Get plenty of rest and take things easy.
