The next step

Merry Christmas my SR friends. I promised myself after six months of sobriety I would give up the cigarettes on Christmas Day. It's not quite six months but here we are time to start the urge surfing(smoking this time) all over again. God help my visiting relatives today. A sober and tobacco free Matt. I tend to be a little rough around the edges anyway I'm sure I'll **** someone off today😀 You guys are the best...have a wonderful holiday

That's right flcamper. Going to beat one thing at a time. I've been 8 hours now without a cig. Its amazing how similar the skills you learned to stay sober prepare you for quitting smoking. I'm going to make it this time
