Hello & Merry Christmas
I'm living in Rupert, Idaho and I'm 53, retired military, and I've only been sober since the beginning of July. I didn't even know that there was such a thing as an alcoholics recovery message board. I'm glad to be here.

Greg, welcome! I also stopped drinking in July, no ONLY in our stories, it's HUGE for us. Congratulations. I hope you feel as good as I most often feel about this change!

Six months is when the fog started lifting and the synapses starting firing a little quicker for me. Well done to all six monthers!
