I found out some very important stuff- that I shared on a new thread recently about my foo and it's dysfunction and WHY. I am satisfied to learn from re-reading everything I posted here, that my recovery continues to be consistent and objective, despite the crap new info. That means, be it oh-so-slowly....I am growing.
