Well im struggling a bit today, not sure why? I went to the pub last night to see a few people and that was fine but I know i couldnt go tonight as i think i would cave in.
Just feeling really fed up , prob feeling a bit ratty after my flu jab yesterday. Got an awful headache - and really unsettled.
Anyway - day 12 today

Going to the pub and not drinking always made me despondent. Maybe you need to find something else to do for a while jtmlk?

When I get a headache I am really irritable.

How about a long hot shower, clean clothes and a blanket in front of the TV - maybe a snack and hot tea. Mmmm. That sounds good, I think I'll do that too.

Sorry you are feeling so down. Stick around here for some company, we'll be here. I agree, a night in with some tea- or hot chocolate- and a movie sounds like just what you need.
