Working alone

Hey guys,
On day 7 here and I'm stuck working alone. Really need a meeting/drink. I haven't drank but my mind is playing stupid tricks again. It's late, no one's around, and no one would know. I'm finding myself pacing in rooms just repeating "don't do it, don't do it". Anyone else having brutal cravings/depression right now?

Drinkings not going to solve anything, but learning to get through a craving just might...have you seen this link?

Dee, those tips are great, definately helping distract me. This website (SR) is unbelievable, its really helping me a ton this time around. Everyone here is a huge help, even if they don't mean to be.
