1st session of recovery group this morning

Have ordered a cab to make sure I don't duck out of it. Pretty scared as not in the best frame of mind to do it, but I know it's normal to feel that way. Hope to post this afternoon to the lovely people of SR about how it went!

Hi Dream

yeah I think it is normal to feel hesitant or just 'I realllllyyyy don't wanna'. That would be me. But I always feel much better when I take that step and do something I'm resisting.

haha there was definitely a feeling of wanting to get out, and not sure I focused on other people's check-ins enough, but I went. have a one to one session on Tuesday, and the wait for outpatients detox is about 3 weeks, so I'm glad things are set in motion.
