A little anxiety at the thought of not drinking when I get home from work. From all I drank since Saturday evening, I'm not feeling 100%. I'm trying to drink plenty of water. When I think about not drinking and feel the anxiety, I try to not think about it. Just making it a little at a time. Tomorrow will be better and I will be glad I didn't drink today.
