Awesome. And so true. If you feel bored, it's really no one's fault but your own. I'm not trying to sound harsh, but if you put in a tiny bit of effort to find new things to do, you can and will alleviate the boredom. The world is full of opportunities.

cant recall how long it took. one thing I do remember is I didn't just try something once and toss it out.
I got into woodworking when I got sober- scrollsaw fretwork was one of the areas of woodworking I took an interest to. I made a LOT of high priced kindling early on and wasn't havin much fun, but I didn't let stop that from continueing to learn. heres one of the first projects I did, which I scrapped out quite a bit before getting here

today I still like doing it and some days aren't much fun, but that's just how it is- not everything I do is going to be fun all the time.

the point is, just because i don't like doing something the first time or all the time doesn't mean I don't like doing it.

When I got Sober I had a whole lot of time to fill, as I didn't do much other than drink.

Great job on Day 22 . . . go out there and create the life you want!!
