I'm on 2 years 5 months sober and SR has been my only recovery guide (I found most use in RR/AV principles, no interest in AA or meetings). Every once in awhile I worry whether I'm doing enough, and maybe doing it wrong because I don't even have any recovery plans. My only plan is to never drink again no matter what. I like how it was pointed out earlier about channeling the same stubbornness into not drinking. I just filled up the time with life, no room for drinking. Of course, with that comes learning to deal with life in new ways. Is that enough? It is for me, for now. Staying mindful.

Surely that was dismissive, and yet, possibly constructive, no?
