Thanks Dee. I was getting used to the forum. I am good today. I actually felt great this morning and I think watching what I ate helped a lot. I frequently go a week without drinking and really rev it up by Friday night so I'm most worried about that with tomorrow being friday. I have a very bad habit of drinking while driving home from work and that scares me too. I actually just talked to my husband about quitting and he agreed to help me stay accountable. He would never criticize me for drinking and has always pretended its not a problem. I told him i needed him to help keep me straight and he actually offered to pick me up from work so i dont stop to pick up alcohol. I feel like if he takes this seriously, i will be even better at getting sober
