Back to square one...
Back to square one...
....after another relapse But I have a better idea about what triggered this one, it's another addiction I have that needs to be addressed. That's all. Thanks for reading. Hope everyone has a wonderful, sober day.
Not square one if you've already identified what you need to do next.
From your avatar I'd say you "lift heavy things and put them down". Putting them down is much harder, no? And better if you slow it down to use your full range of motion? You know what to do. You'll do it. 😊

Welcome back ZenLifter, hope you can make some changes to address both addictions.
My theory is that my addiction doesn't need to be "triggered" - it simply exists, 24/7 365 days a year. If I wait for something to set it off before I deal with it, it was generally too late. I found that it was something I need to address each and every day, even on the days that I feel great and have no thoughts of alcohol whatsoever. SR has been instrumental to me in doing that, hope you can stick around and share some more with us.

Hi Zen. Welcome back and we are here for you and care. Please feel free to share more about what's going on; how you are feeling...I am curious to know what your other addiction is...but don't feel like you have to share that if you don't want to. Addiction is a tough battle, but it is one worth fighting for! You can do this.
Hey ZL..... sorry to hear of the relapse, but just like when we lose touch with our Zen, or stray from the gym for a bit too long..... you can get it right back again when it comes to sobriety.
That 'other addiction' you mention is probably a key. We have to peel back our addictive patterns and embrace sober ones. ZenLifting is a good sober mantra..... you can do this.

glad you're back, Zen.
knowing triggers can be useful, but triggers in and of themselves don't need to determine our actions.......that your action is a result of a trigger is faulty thinking.
maybe spend some time looking at that.
