Don't fall for the addictive mind games - it's the first drink that starts the trouble, not the last.
There's no such thing as one or two for drinkers like me and, I suspect, you too.
People may ask you if you want a drink. No is a complete sentence - no need to elaborate
They may also why you're not drinking - I think it's important to realise you don't owe them an answer.
It's your business and your decision as to who knows what parts of your business
