Day 49 AF

Today is day 49 AF and the longest AF stint I have done in 4 years. I have made it to 45 days AF twice now and blew it but not this time!

I found this site while looking up something on google. I am a member on another site that has been very helpful as well but I thought it can't hurt to get help in other places as well for when the cravings sneak up. I hope everyone is well today

Whatever it takes to get them sober muscles strong.

Drinking is a learned behavior. It can be unlearned.
