Double digits!
Today is my 10th day sober! The longest stretch I've had in a year! I've still got the flu and packing/clearing house while sick sucks, but it's nothing in comparison to how I feel when hungover.
Anxiety is still there but it's reasonable considering the stress of moving. It's manageable and I'm not paralysed by it.
I'm eating pretty well, drinking loads of fluids and sleeping well.
I'm taking it one day at a time and at the end of each day, I'm pretty amazed at what I've achieved.
10 days!

10 days is great, good going noneever.
Hang in there, cat. You're doing good, we all started at day 1.
