I don't think it's worth throwing away all the hard work that went into 1 Year of Sobriety.

There's always going to be people that bring us down, for various reasons, but their not worth drinking over, we need to do this for us, be Sober for you DD, and forget about everyone else, think about all the positives in your life as a result of your Sobriety, it's very easy to focus in on one highly emotional situation and forget all the good things, we can get tunnel vision very quickly, but don't let alcohol back in.

Do something else other than drink, treat yourself, do something you enjoy to take your mind off things.

Keep pushing through, you can get past this!!

No, no, no, no. Don't do it. What you achieved is something that I aspire to do. You've done so well. Keep pushing at it and it won't be so hard for you most of the time!

Why bother trying when your past is what matters to people?
Spoken like a true alcoholic?

Giving up and self deception are two of our traits.
