Congratulations on 68 days!

I drink Organic Nighty Night tea, which doesn't really help with sleep, but I like the process of making it, sipping it.

Chamomile is supposed to help sleep. Cost plus has a great selection of all kinds of teas.

I grew up drinking orange pekoe ("regular tea") with milk. Now I try other flavours without milk. Right now in my cupboard I have honeybush mandarin & orange, lemon and ginger, mint, green tea, White Christmas, licorice spice, cranberry pomegranate, and mulled wine (really!). Talk about the power of suggestion - now I think I'll go put the kettle on

Love tea too. It's the best drink on earth I think. Chamomile, rooibos or a good strong peppermint brew all seem to have a strong soothing relaxing effect.

Bedtime ☕️... steeped extra strong and long... many people don't steep long enough or don't start with good hot water

Congratulations on 68 days!

I drink *loads* of herbal tea. My relaxation tea is chamomile. I also drink decaff green tea, peppermint and lemon, decaf Earl Grey, rosehip (a strong taste so best not before bed), nettle tea (not as strong as rosehip but can have an aftertaste) and jasmine tea.

Tea is my drink of choice too!! Check out Davids Tea - they deliver right to your house and have a million (okay maybe not a million) varieties. My favourite right now at night is Mothers Little Helper and their Cold 911 is amazing as well!!
