Back once again - when will I learn!
 

I have had a crazy 2 week binge which involved more alcohol then I even want to think about and now my face is red, Puffy eyes that are red and bloated face I don't even look like me!
Cudnt leave the house today as it worries me and I hope it doesn't last long! - I have the doctors so hopefully they can help !

Had terrible shakes today cudnt hold coffee mug! I can't do this to myself anymore really worried about my health!

I'm guessing loads of water is a good idea? So tired but can't sleep!!!

Me too. There are 4 empty bottles of vodka lying on the ground but I'm too dizzy to pick them up. Sucks, I never learn.
