Made it to Day 10
Hi everyone,
Today is Day 10. Have not gone 10 days without a drink in a loooong time. Yesterday I was physically EXHAUSTED.
Today I felt better. For a few hours I actually felt "normal" and clear headed.
I am really glad I joined this site and thank you to everyone.
Just reading the posts has been a huge help to me. Thank You!

Well done, congrats on day 10! These moments of feeling clear headed and normal will come more and more often 
on day 13 myself and the past 3 days were significantly better.
We're on the right path, we can do this!

Don't the winners here 'move' differently? .. Like fighters, knocking down foe.
Constantly progressing with each punch counting.
They never joke about booze.. Every statement is their advancing mindset toward the goal.. flipping the switch onto SOBER.
For me, one of the 7% US alcoholic addictive-personalities, I accept that challenge to ENJOY SOBER life, like the normal 93%.
I'm gonna win SOBER by dropping the FALSE BELIEF that I need poison booze.
I DON'T NEED IT!
I DON'T WANT IT!
I WANT BETTER!
SOBER IS BEST!
I'M GONNA WIN SOBER!
FREE & CLEAR!
