Good morning. It's Halloween, it's day one for me again. It's a hard day in some ways and a beautiful day in others. Just saying hi, so glad I found this. Grateful for some clarity this morning.

In a way whether sober or not its day 1 for all of us. Its a new day and another chance to make the best of our day and our selves. Sobriety is definitely the icing on the pumpkin

It's closer to bedtime now and I know that waking up tomorrow (((clearer))) will feel like a miracle. I know that feeling fades again, telling me it wasn't so bad, nothing will go wrong, you won't care in the morning, etc etc etc. That inner dialogue is so dangerous. It won't reopen for a few days, but I know it will, it always does. Any advice on that works be so greatly appreciated!!! And thank you all.
