Its not much but its a start !

1 week today i chose to change my life and say goodbye to my old friend alcohol, im happy to say i do not miss you one bit ! You are no longer welcome in my life , ive moved on to better things . As per say my therapist, ive been blessed to have found one that is a perfect fit , i spilled everything on the first session, nothing but honesty and raw emotions, it felt so good to get all the "horror" out. I feel as though a weight has been lifted, i have hope now, something i never had. With the love and support of everyone i know i can make the dream of being sober forever a reality, one day at a time 💜💜💜
