Hey Work People - Stop Pushing the Booze

Just venting. At another work thing and everyone wants to know why I am not throwing back the drinks.
Hey work people - the alcohol stinks and you are all getting sloppy.

I hear ya. My company/industry is very much the same. It's weird when you're the sober one and you realize how nuts that behavior is, but everybody just goes along with it.

Ha, just got done with a 3 day work thing. I had the same experience. A higher level person said I "needed" a shot, and he was buying.

I politely declined.

If he only knew....
