Alcohols not the solution tho - if it was the problems would be solved and you wouldn't be here at SR in the first place.

Some problems are multi layered and complex, 'goat.
Somethings defy an easy fix.

It's ok to be angry.
It's not ok to let that anger rule you... or lead you into making rash or self destructive decisions.

Yeah you're right Dee. Sorry I'd edited my post, I did say ' There doesn't seem to be any solutions. Alcohol was the solution'.

There are no easy solutions, thats for sure. Just feels like that I should be doing more. Of what though I really don't know.

I have some some issues around anger most definitely. It's good for me to hear though that it is ok to be angry, somehow.

There's a video in my subscriptions- 'Misplaced Anger, Politics and The Effects of the Absent Father', I'll take a look at it after breakfast.
