Wow

So I had an incredibly stressful day today at my business. Ive been up since 6AM. Long story short, i can't believe at no point today (until my check in here) the thought of drinking even crossed my mind.
This is IMO a major victory, im quite proud.. this realisation just made a terrible day seem so much better.

I'm currently at day ~330. My god almost a year.. ty SR.

I remember when that first began to happen for me. I honestly didn't think a day would go by that didn't include worrying about drinking/not drinking. It's so wonderful to be free of the obsession (while remaining vigilant). Very happy for you, Joe.

Awright! You are doing fine when the stress tries to get you but you are "ungettable"! Also, in psychology, there is a saying that goes: "The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior." So if you were okay today, you're gonna be okay tomorrow!
