Just a quick heads up and I'm sure this YouTube channel will have been discussed before, but since I'm new I thought I'd give Kevin O'hara's channel a mention since it's helped me in the past especially with getting to sleep during those restless night and keeping the mind focussed.

His channel is great and I follow it all the time. "We do recover" is a good one as well that also uploads pretty much every day AA speakers.
