Hi, I personally always feel sicker on day 2 and 3 than I do on day 1. Probably since the substance is still in your bloodstream on day 1. Hang in there, because it will get better.
Try something with sugar like orange juice or ice cream. It helps with the drop in blood sugar.

I agree..... Day 2 is still early, you will likely have a few more days of feeling pretty lousy. Just remember.... No matter how lousy you feel in any way, DON'T Drink! You're body and mind will do just about anything to try to get you to put alcohol back in your system. you CAN do this..... don't feed the voice in your head or the pain and uncomfortability with a drink.
