Happy to hear you did get help Smckay. If your mind ever wanders to thinking you can drink again those recordings would be just like playing the tape through.

Hi Smckay87, glad to hear you are doing OK. Recording yourself was a great idea! I found that I was very good at minimizing things the more time passed and became "forgetful"...having the ability to literally "play the tape through" should be helpful!
