Day 3 done, spending at least 2 hours a day on SR. Many inspiring words, thanks for them all.

Congrats on day 3! Do you have a recovery plan? I used to think all I had to do was stop using and then I would be all done with everything or that I could just "wing it".

Keep moving forward and push to better yourself everyday! You deserve to be the best you, you can possibly be!

Those first few days are a bear, Fortress. So glad you got through them - better days are coming.

Today is Day 19 for me.

Yesterday was the first day I never felt any craving.

I also walked straight past the beer at the local supermarket.

It gets easier believe me.

I notice a lot of things now that I never noticed before. Beer placement in supermarkets, how alcohol is perceived in society. Lot's of shite like that.

Very conservative estimate for me is a £250 saving of hard earned cash.

The deep love I feel for the woman I married is carrying me through this.

Keep going... It is well worth it.
