If you're gonna do this, it helps knowing that boredom is a part of recovery, especially at the start: boredom, anger, resentment, depression, anxiety, all of those things will hit you like a truck, but your will power is much stronger than all of those things if you want it to be.
avoid anything that makes being sober any harder than it already is, for a while at least. If you truly want to be sober, you will do it, and remember, all it takes is one small decision to ruin your sober streak.

yea, but that's just part of who i am internally, it's nothing compared to having to deal with another "hang over" - those weren't even hang overs, I don't ever want to feel one of those ever again. I've gained my mental and emotional stability back, and I'm sure it'll even get better this 2nd year.
