I think exercising is the best thing for your body right now. Its definitely helped me in my first few weeks.

It took a couple of months for me to get over the fatigue and general unwell feeling. I have 9 months of sobriety and things are much better for me now. I took megadoses of B vitamins that really seemed to help. I keep active with yoga and cycling. I also meditate. 13 days is fabulous. Keep up the great work!

It really helped me to NOT restrict calories during the first two weeks. Calories provided by Alcohol are very short term available for energy that is why the body usually is graving sugar in the first days of sobriety. I had tons of ripe fruits and fruit juices and drank water as much as I could.

I was tired and the other common stuff for about a little more weeks until ma energy level, mood and focus got better.

How serious is the fever? What are we talking about? If it is serious and not just lightly higher temperature, see a doctor for safety.

All the best! Thomas
