Hey so I got refereed to this place called eastern Duel Diagnosis Service. Is it just like seeing a psychologist? like what is it exactly

I don't know. You're in Australia so perhaps it's a government agency? Who referred you? If your dr referred you, maybe you could ask him/her more about it. Hopefully it will be a good thing for you.
