Football grand final day in Melbourne and i'm going to a bbq. Not gonna drink. Don't need it, don't want it. Not starting this rollercoaster from hell again. Feeling better than yesterday but not as good as tomorrow. Still plenty of pieces to pick up.

My first sober Grand Final. Watching it with family, and it's nice to be sober to enjoy it. I'm a mad Swans supporter so seeing the boys play with a clear head, and being able to concentrate on the footy properly, is going to be spesh....al!
