sorry i keep doing this
Am here with tail between legs and all
av not drank but i have been cutting and engaging in eating disorder stuff
am a mess this time of year 5 years since my step dad killed himself
i want to get drunk and cut but i cant drink as av been in hospital for a psychical issues i was in over night but got out but i need blood tests done etc
cutting was last week the ed stuff everyday this month
sorry am suicidal and emotional

Lily, I'm sorry for what you're going through. I have no experience with cutting, so I'm not going to offer advice on that. I'll just say, that if you're truly suicidal, please reach out. Call 911 or a local suicide hotline for help. Your life is worth it. All our lives are worth it.

Is your husband there Echoes x please don't hurt yourself any further I'm sorry about your stepdad it was around this time of year I was caring for my mum with cancer i know it's hard Echoes but your stepdad wouldn't want to see you hurting yourself hun
Have you got the local mental health team number sometimes there is a 24 hotline and you can phone Samaritans aswell

my husband is with me he said that i need to try and sleep but i cant , if i sleep something bad will happen
At the moment he looking for my wedding rings i have lost them or they have been stolen from our house by family members
drinking a cup of earl grey tea decaff
my husband is annoyed with me for not putting them somewhere safe

am all bruised from blood tests as i was ill
they had problems getting blood from me
they think it was an infection ...
Am going to call them... too scared to sleep ....
husband says i need to sleep sometime
he letting sleep on the sofa until he ready for bed ( yes if 1 am here in the uk my husband dont go to bed until 4 am )

only got 4 hours sleep
my sister is meant to be coming up today
am home alone at the moment as my husband needs to get my weekly meds and buy some food he should only be an hour so here i am trying to keep myself busy

Dr Who is pretty awesome who's your fave Dr x ? mines is Christopher ecclestone I loved his cameo in season 1 of heroes too

my husband is back he got me some cream soda ( diet) and pespi max
should do me a little while
we're not so busy today husband is going to do the garden if it drys up
