Sorry barkeep, I'm just here for the tunes
I am 90 days now since my benzo relapse, 6 months since I put a stop to being liquored up every night. It has only been great the last 90. Before then I was just not drinking, no program or will to even make one. I don't recommend that method.
I feel healthy, happy and clear headed. I know what I want and I am driven to keep it. I credit each and every one of you for helping me. This community is priceless! It is a major tool in my toolbox!

Thanks! I am very happy that I am not craving the Klonopin. I have had some stressors that would have sent me straight to the doc for a refill but I got through them with my program.
Also I told my new doc that I am an addict and under circumstances should I be prescribed any benzos. Cutting off my supply has really helped. With my old doc it was just too easy to get. I know I could just find another doc, but I am better than that now!
No alcohol cravings either. And we all know how easy it is to get. Not even an urge. I have had pangs for Klonopin when I see reminders of it, but not alcohol.
I feel strong, in control. Finally!
