Today has been a good day, woke up at my usually time 6am. I have been up for 8 and a half goes and I have taken 5 of my Tylenol 3. That is huge for me, I could feel it though I have achy bones and a stomach ache, using the bathroom a lot. I am trucking through. I plan on taking two more after work, to get me through my evening. A busy evening of vollyball for my daughter, and three dance classes. I know I am still using. But 7 pills in one day is my goal. Just for today. And it is a huge cut down. It makes me feel happy, even if I physically feel as though I have the Flu. I know I don't, it's my withdraws as I haven't taken since 11am. And I'm used to having my dose by now. Here's to achieving my goal, and working towards tapering off.

Great news to read your post realitysinksin. You're doing really well - unfortunately the physical stuff is rough but you'll get through it.
