Almost a week and have been through a range of emotions this week... have hit a massive wall today and a huge depression has kicked in. Not craving but just feeling so low.... cant relax from anxiety and not a hell of a lot will give me any form of pleasure or peace right now...

Dim, One week is fantastic. Things are going to feel better - we go through so many phases as we heal. I definitely had erratic moods for a couple of months. It all evened out. Be proud of your amazing accomplishment - you're doing great.

I hope you'll realise that bad days are just that - bad days - not bad weeks mnonths or even years like when we were drinking.

The first few weeks are rough - but you know as I do it gets better Dim.

Please give it time dim, I'm not sober long this time but life is so much better with out drinking my friend. Feeling good will happen more and more often. Just hang in there, you can do it I know
