Feel the same way. I'm only a few days sober at the moment, but I'm a beer drinker, but I went from a healthy, skinny, stick of a guy to a borderline obese person with three chins. All in about a year and a half-two years. Just because of the beer. I even got stretch marks. I'm getting proactive with exercising and eating healthfully (never had a poor diet in the past, but it was always negated by the 2,000+ calories I was drinking a night). I know it'll be a long process. In the meantime, I definitely feel fat and miserable.
